Gary Speed: The football community pays tribute to former Wales manager, including former clubs Leeds and Newcastle United

The former Wales player and manager died in 2011, aged 42, shocking the world of football.

The midfielder proved to be a popular character in the dressing room over his 22-year career as a professional, making over 700 appearances before going into management with Sheffield United and then his country.

He started out at Leeds, winning the first division in 1992, before going on to play for Everton, Newcastle, Bolton and then the Blades.
