Newcastle have offloaded French striker Emmanuel Riviere on a season-long loan to Osasuna.
The 26-year-old leaves St James' Park after a £6million move from Monaco in 2014 having scored just one league goal for the club.
Riviere made a total of 31 appearances in all competitions for the Magpies, finding the net on two further occasions in the League Cup.
The forward's final appearance came in the 3-1 home defeat by Bournemouth in March, when Riviere was substituted at half-time.
