Patrick Vieira believes the spending of some of the division's wealthiest clubs is good for the Premier League but makes life harder for the rest when they try to buy players from abroad.
Vieira, who ruled out a fresh move for Chelsea's Conor Gallagher, says the transfer activity of a few Premier League clubs drives up prices and gives foreign sides a false impression of what others are capable of.
Vieira's Crystal Palace face Manchester United on Wednesday, the second of three successive fixtures against clubs who have displayed their spending power.
