TORONTO -- Brett Gardner, Matt Holliday, Starlin Castro and Didi Gregorius all homered off Jason Grilli in a four-run eighth inning, as the Yankees padded their lead late in Saturday's matinee against the Blue Jays at Rogers Centre.
Gardner gave New York a 4-0 lead, as he greeted Grilli with a solo blast to right field, his 12th of the season. Grilli recorded the next two outs before serving up back-to-back-to-back blasts to the ensuing Yankees trio -- with Holliday collecting his 12th, Castro his ninth and Gregorius his fourth.
