The must-see batting-practice group of the spring showed off its promise every morning at Yankees camp, where Giancarlo Stanton, Gary Sanchez and Aaron Judge took their monstrous cuts in succession, stoking expectations for the season to come.
It is a group that could challenge records, and for the first time, all three of the Bombers’ biggest bats have gone deep in the same game. Stanton, Sanchez and Judge each slugged a two-run homer in Wednesday’s matinee against the Rays, powering the offensive attack at Yankee Stadium.
