The Twins will pick up as many postseason victories over the Yankees in this next week as they notched in the prior 16 years. Not more than two, though, because the Yankees’ savages in the lineup will do considerable damage against Minnesota’s thin pitching staff and because the Yankees’ deep bullpen will limit the damage done by the Twins’ Bomba Squad.
