Yankees, Tigers lineups Saturday | Andrew McCutchen leading off in debut

NEW YORK -- The Yankees and Detroit Tigers continue their four-game series at Yankee Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

First pitch is scheduled for 4:05 p.m.

Newly acquired Andrew McCutchen will debut for the Yankees playing right and hitting leadoff.

Also, outfielder Shane Robinson has been designated for assignment to make room for McCutchen on the Yankees' 40-man roster.

Catcher Gary Sanchez also is off the disabled list and in the Yankees’ lineup.

In addition, shortstop Adeiny Hechavarria was added to the roster after being acquired from the Pittsburgh Pirates in a trade late Friday night and the Yankees announced the first wave of September call-ups: right-hander Luis Cessa, left-hander Stephen Tarpley and infielder Tyler Wade.
