Yankees' Starlin Castro hurt, leaves game: What it could mean

CHICAGO -- Down goes another Yankee.

Starlin Castro left Monday's game against the White Sox at Guaranteed Rate Field with what appeared to be a right leg injury. He pulled up lame running out a grounder to third base to end the third inning.

The second baseman was replaced by utility man Rob Refsnyder.

The Yankees' head trainer and manager Joe Girardi checked on Castro as he stood next to first base. He walked off under his own will.

Losing Castro for an extended period would be a huge blow to the Yankees, who can hardly afford another injury.
