Yankees “showing interest” in Curtis Granderson, Andrew McCutchen

The Devil works hard, but Brian Cashman works harder. The dust hasn’t even settled on the trades the Yankee GM executed this afternoon, and there are rumors swirling that the team is looking to augment their outfield depth.

Jon Morosi tweeted earlier that the Yankees are looking into a reunion with Curtis Granderson, and just filed this story with MLB.com about Andrew McCutchen. The two veteran outfielders have had similar seasons in 2018, and would both fill in for the Yankees as a potential power bat on the bench, and a replacement for Aaron Judge for the next three weeks.
