BOSTON -- The Yankees set the single-season record with their 265th homer Saturday. Gleyber Torres hit the record-setting shot, a two-run blast in the fourth inning against the Red Sox at Fenway Park.
The Yankees had four homers Friday night to tie the previous record of 264 set by the 1997 Mariners.
