Yankees fans have spent the entire offseason waiting for Sonny Gray to be moved, and while rumors have come and gone, he’s managed to stick around well into January. After agreeing to a deal with Adam Ottavino earlier today, now it sounds like the Bombers may find Gray a new home soon.
According to Jon Heyman, the Yankees are close to putting together a trade. That certainly isn’t the first time we’ve heard that this offseason. Interested teams include the Athletics, Brewers, Braves, Mariners, Padres, and Reds.
