First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
The Rays made a surprisingly announcement around 3:30 p.m. announcing All-Star left-hander Blake Snell has been placed on the 10-day disabled list due to left shoulder fatique.
Snell, who is 12-5 with a 2.27 ERA, was scheduled to start Tuesday night against the Yankees. The Rays are hopeful that Snell returns in 10 days and misses just one start.
