One day after Bryan Mitchell had his nose broken when he took a liner to the face, the Yankees have placed the righty on the 7-day concussion disabled list.
The Yankees brought up lefty Chris Capuano from Triple-A to replace Mitchell on the 25-man roster.

Mitchell, who suffered what the Yankees called a "small nasal fracture" when he was hit in the face by a comebacker in the second inning of Monday night's game vs. the Twins, was treated and released at New York Prebyterian Hospital.
