This must be the sixth injury update that I’ve written about Clint Frazier this season, and I really feel for him. Back in February, the outfielder crashed into a wall during spring training and suffered a concussion. Brain injuries are unpredictable, and can cause different symptoms for different people. Sadly, Frazier’s post-concussion symptoms have lingered for most of the year.
He missed nearly two months before making his minor league debut at the end of April. Frazier spent most of May and June in Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, but joined the Yankees in the big leagues for eight games during that time.
