PHOENIX — CC Sabathia has one half of a daily double ticket to Cooperstown.

Unfortunately for him, the ducat has “LOSS’’ stamped on the back of it.

Coming off his worst outing of the young season, Sabathia battled Zack Greinke but absorbed a 3-1 loss to the Diamondbacks on Tuesday night in front of a pro-Yankee crowd at Chase Field that was announced at 36,352.

When Sabathia struck out John Ryan Murphy to end the second inning, he became the 17th pitcher and third lefty in baseball history to strike out 3,000 batters.
