In August, New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Hicks experienced a big-time setback when he went down with an elbow injury. It caused him to miss the final 52 games of the regular season as well as the American League Division Series against the Minnesota Twins.
However, Hicks rehabbed quick enough to be able to return to the lineup for the American League Championship Series against the Houston Astros. He was eventually put into the starting lineup due to an injury to Giancarlo Stanton and finished 2-for-13 in the series with a home run and three RBI.
