The Yankees had hoped to build on the momentum they had following Saturday’s win, but Masahiro Tanaka wasn’t able to follow up CC Sabathia’s excellent performance.
Tanaka dominated the White Sox for the first three innings as the Yankees built an early 2-0 lead against left-hander Carlos Rodon.
