Olney reported that an interview has not yet been scheduled for Boone, who forever will be remembered for sending the 2003 Yankees to the World Series with an 11th-inning, walk-off homer at the old Yankee Stadium off Boston Red Sox knuckleballer Tim Wakefield in Game 7 of the American League Championship Series.
