What a great day for a ballgame. The Yankees ran up an early lead, got a terrific outing from one of their co-aces, and delivered an easy 8-3 win. Hard to beat that for a Sunday.

How great is it to watch Luis Severino pitch? Just seeing him on the mound after a long injury layoff makes you feel good. Watching him dominate? That’s the icing on the cake. The right-hander tossed five shutout innings, allowing three hits while racking up nine strikeouts.
