Another game, another disastrous outing by a starting pitcher. The Yankees have hit a slide where their starters have gone entirely ineffective. Let’s hope Brian Cashman can pry a starter loose on the trade market, because this staff needs reinforcements.

Winner of the Game
Luke Voit spared the Yankees from losing on a shutout. In the sixth inning, Voit singled with two runners on, putting the Bombers on the board. That made it a 7-1 game.
