The Yankees finally beat a team over .500 yesterday, but weren’t able to keep that momentum going today. The offense showed up late, attempted to rally, but simply ran out of innings to work with. We’ll have a full recap up in a bit. Here are some highlights in the meantime.
Winner of the Game
J.A. Happ didn’t have his best stuff today. He gave up a couple of home runs, and was tagged for four total runs before he was pulled from the game in the sixth inning. It could have been a lot worse, though.
