ANAHEIM — The New York Yankees easily won their eighth game in a row after defeating the Los Angeles Angels, 11-1, at Angels Stadium.
It was an all-around effort the Bombers as their offense came out swinging in the first two innings in support of Masahiro Tanaka, who was excellent tonight.
The Yankee starter gave up just a single run, on a home run by Zack Cozart, but allowed just one more hit in a six innings, nine-strikeout performance.
Here’s a highlight that’s not offense-related. #TanakaTime pic.
