Andrew Miller could miss as much as a month as he recovers from a strained forearm muscle, Yankee GM Brian Cashman said Thursday, which leaves the club’s bullpen without one of its dynamic duo.
“Miller will be shut down for about two weeks, then start a throwing program,” Cashman said. “I guess, conservatively, it’ll be about a month.”

But, Cashman added, there’s no urgency to make a trade to bolster the bullpen: “I don’t necessarily believe that’s the case,” the GM said, “though we’re always open and looking for ways to improve ourselves.
