Yankees' bullpen performs high wire act in win over Twins | Rapid Reaction

NEW YORK -- Aaron Judge did Aaron Judge-like things and the vaunted Yankees' bullpen came alive in a sticky situation, helping the Yankees start off a crucial series on the winning end of things.

Judge took Ervin Santana (15-8) back deep in the second inning and Chase Headley scored in the fifth and it was just enough offense to lead the Yankees past the Minnesota Twins 2-1.

David Robertson (9-2) earned the win with 1 1/3 innings of scoreless relief, coming in for Jaime Garcia in the sixth and finishing out the seventh. However, Dellin Betances nearly undid it all in the eighth when he loaded the bases with one out.
