He was half right.
After Chad Green struggled in the completion of a May 15 suspended game against the Nationals, surrendering a go-ahead homer to rookie Juan Soto in a 5-3 loss, Jonathan Holder helped redeem the relief corps in the second game, getting out of a jam in the bottom of the sixth in a 4-2 win at Nationals Park Monday night in a makeup of a May 16 rainout.
