Yankees are in danger of losing Wild Card home-field advantage

The Yankees look lost in recent games. They have made a 180 from the first half of the season. After going 62 and 33 before the Midsummer Classic, they have 28 wins and 23 losses during the second half.

The bats have gone to sleep (821 hits pre-All-Star break and 412 hits post-All-Star break), and it doesn’t help that Aaron Judge is still on the disabled list after being plunked on July 26. Giancarlo Stanton, especially, has been ice cold in the last 30 days, batting just .212 with five home runs and 12 RBIs.
