Yankees acquire pitcher Tyler Olson, infielder Ronald Torreyes

The Yankees continued to add depth to the back of their roster on Tuesday when they acquired lefthander Tyler Olson and infielder Ronald Torreyes from the Dodgers for minor-league infielder Rob Segedin and a player to be named or cash.

Olson and Torreyes both made their major-league debuts last season. Olson, 26, went 1-1 with a 5,40 ERA in 11 relief appearances for Seattle before getting traded to the Dodgers on Dec. 18.

Torreyes, 23, went 2-for-6 in eight games with the Dodgers. The righthanded hitter is primarily a middle infielder but has also seen time at third base and in the outfield.
