The New York Yankees have acquired Seattle Mariners’ Edwin Encarnacion, The Post’s Joel Sherman confirmed. No other terms of the deal are know at this time.
The Yankees did not confirm that the deal was complete.
The 36-year-old, who has 401 career homers, is hitting .241 with 21 homers and 49 RBIs in 65 games for the Mariners. Before Saturday, he has played 45 of his 65 games at first base.
