Yankees 7, Blue Jays 5: Tempers flare in crazy comeback win

This Yankees/Blue Jays game made no sense. It was a lot of chaos early, and then mostly nothing for the majority of the game until an absolutely bonkers ninth inning. By the end of the game, Joe Espada was managing the Yankees, Tommy Layne was on the mound for the save, and Josh Donaldson just had the biggest boo-boo in the world on his elbow and really needed some hugs.

It was only fair that the very first play of the game featured an error. Brett Gardner squibbed a grounder up the first base line that went for an infield single, and catcher Russell Martin threw the ball away.
