He might be slowing down — literally — according to a report from the New York Post's Joel Sherman.

Scouts who are following the Yankees say there is not the same bat speed that Rodriguez had early, but that he remains a wily hitter who works counts well and can play to his strengths.
For his part, Rodriguez added:
"I ran into a wall in August," Rodriguez said. "I don't feel that way now. I feel re-energized.
