NEW YORK -- There was loud music blaring and a lot of champagne spraying Thursday night in the visiting clubhouse at Yankee Stadium.
There was even a little dancing.
The Boston Red Sox, who have been the best team in the majors all season, earned this late-night party.
The Yankees denied Red Sox a celebration two nights in a row, then watched their rivals wrap up the American League East title in their ballpark.
"We wanted to do it here," catcher Blake Swihart said. "It's special to do it in New York.
