Brian Cashman may have found a solution to his team's first base woes.

The Yankees acquired Brewers Triple-A first baseman Garrett Cooper for lefty reliever Tyler Webb, the team announced Thursday.

While Cooper was assigned to Triple-A Scranton following the move, he could be on his way to the Bronx if he continues to produce in the minors.

Cooper is batting .366 with 17 homers and has driven in 82 runs in 75 games, albeit in the hitter-friendly Pacific Coast League. His batting average leads the league, while his RBIs rank second.
