Top Cuban player reportedly defects ... Where could he sign?

MLB.com's Jesse Sanchez reported Tuesday that Miguel Vargas, a 16-year-old infielder, has defected from the island with his father, legendary baseball player Lazaro Vargas, and the pair have settled at an undisclosed location.
