Controversial opinion, but I prefer it when the Yankees win instead of losing. Hot take, I know. Unfortunately, the Yankees did the latter yesterday in Baltimore, dropping the opening game of this four-game series. Combined with the loss in the series finale against Cleveland, the Yankees are now back on the seesaw of winning and losing that they’ve been riding pretty much the whole year. Hopefully, Corey Kluber can send the seesaw up again tonight.
Until then, we’ve got you covered with a horde of analysis. Jon starts the day out by breaking down the importance of individual relief pitchers, explaining how the Yankees have gotten away with missing Zack Britton throughout this opening stretch.
