Steaming Joe Girardi even blasted how he got ejected

The Yankees nearly came back to tie Thursday’s 3-2 loss to the Indians, but Joe Girardi wouldn’t have been in the dugout if they had.

The manager was tossed for the third time this season, ejected in the bottom of the ninth after Brian McCann struck out looking for the first out of the inning.

It wasn’t the first call by home plate umpire Dan Iassogna that Girardi has disagreed with.

“I thought the strikeout to Jacoby Ellsbury was 4 inches outside,” Girardi said of a pitch that was a called strike three in the eighth with Stephen Drew on first and one out.
