In this increasingly interesting Yankees season, Adam Warren’s versatility has become both a blessing and a siren song to what could be.

The club sure could benefit by switching the right-hander back to his old spot in the bullpen, where he excelled and where another righty is needed. But the Yankees would suffer more by removing Warren from their starting rotation, where he has turned into one of the team’s better options.
