Yankees fans attending Monday’s home opener in The Bronx might think about pairing their pinstripes with a parka and heavy boots.
Weather forecasters say more spring snow is expected to fall on the city overnight and not stop until an hour before the Yankees are scheduled to face the Tampa Bay Rays at 1:05 p.m.
“The snow will start accumulating around sunrise,” said AccuWeather’s Tom Kines. “It will be snowing until noon.”
The foul forecast comes after four nor’easters in three weeks made for a miserable March.
Yankees fan Theodore Davis, 54, called the game-day forecast “crazy.
