Scranton express can't bail out CC Sabathia in Yankees' Game 1 loss to Orioles | Rapid reaction

BALTIMORE -- Even ballclubs as good as the Yankees can have a bit of an extreme makeover to their roster in-season.

Here's proof:

The 2018 All-Star Game will be played July 17, 2018 (7/17/18) at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. The Yankees had four players selected for the American League roster: Right fielder Aaron Judge, starting pitcher Luis Severino, closer Aroldis Chapman and rookie second baseman Gleyber Torres. Outfielder Giancarlo Stanton can make it if he wins the final vote.

For Game 1 of their Monday doubleheader at Oriole Park, the Yankees had Brandon Drury playing third base, Tyler Wade manning second, Clint Frazier in left field and Kyle Higashioka catching against the lowly Baltimore Orioles.
