As we head into the final day of the regular season, only a few “races” are left. Kind of lame! I am a card-carrying member of #TeamEntropy. Here are some items of interest from yesterday’s slate of games.
The Dodgers coasted to a 2-0 win, their 105th on the season, on the backs of two key contributors. Max Muncy hit his 35th home run of the year, while Hyun-Jin Ryu tossed seven shoutout innings and collected an RBI of his own. With that victory, Los Angeles now holds the home-field advantage card over the Yankees should the two meet in the World Series.
