DETROIT — The Yankees’ “Wet & Cold Tour” that started in Boston and had two dates in Comerica Park against the Tigers postponed rows into The Bronx on Monday, when more rain is in the forecast.
After Saturday’s matinee at Comerica Park was rained out, it was scheduled for a day-night doubleheader on Sunday. At 11 a.m. the first game was postponed and early in the afternoon the second one was called off.
The makeup doubleheader is June 4, when the teams will play a split-gate twinbill on the same date MLB holds the beginning of its draft.
