Excitement on Monday, frustration on Tuesday. The very definitely of baseball at times.
The photo I used for today's COTD thread perfect displays what a frustrating game it was for the Yankees. They hit line drive outs for a good portion of the night, yet a little bloop fly from J.P. Arencibia scored two runs for the Rays in the bottom of the 8th. Rico Noel gave it his all but just couldn't come up with the catch. Baseball giveth and baseball taketh away I suppose, but it really would have been a nice game to win with the Blue Jays losing to the Braves.
