"As the World Series heads back to Queens, the Mets, now down 2-0 to the Royals, are in Cuet the predicament." - Greg Kirkland
Unfortunately for us, Game 2 of the World Series was not as exciting as Game 1. How can I say that? Because there were no walk-off sac fly bat flips of course! Why were there none of those? Because the Royals just took control of this game. In a matchup where the Mets had their "Ace" on the mound in Jacob deGrom, and the Royals put forth their Kansas City production of Jekyll and Hyde in Johnny Cueto, the dominant Cueto delivered an amazing start where it was deGrom who faltered.
