We’ve reached the weekend, and the Yankees are actually on a winning streak. The fact that they’ve managed to string together a few straight games played without any cancellations has made this little stretch feel like normal Yankees baseball, even if the rest of the league could be crumbling.
Today on the site, be sure to check out the debut of our newest writer, Cooper Halpern, who will dig in on Giancarlo Stanton’s hot start. And later on, the Yankees will try to extend their winning streak to five games against their rivals. James Paxton will start for New York, while the Red Sox will presumably start someone they found puttering around Fenway Park earlier in the week.
