Think Derek Jeter misses his baseball career? Guess again.
Jeter surfaced Wednesday night, being interviewed by his own The Players Tribune on SiriusXM Mad Dog Radio and answered that question emphatically.
“The question I always got was, ‘Do you miss it?’ and I always say, ‘Wait until spring training starts at least or the season starts,’ but to be honest with you, I don’t miss it at all,” Jeter said. “You know, it was the right time for me, so I’m content with what I’m doing now.”
Jeter did admit to missing the camaraderie of the game, even if he doesn’t miss the daily grind.
