Disclaimer: If you think this is the official website of the New York Yankees, you're an idiot. Go away.
The Yankees postponed their home opener on Monday after an early-spring storm dropped about six inches of snow inside Yankee Stadium and made clearing the field and the seats in time for a scheduled 1:05 p.m. first pitch impossible.
The game between the Yankees and the Tampa Bay Rays was rescheduled for 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Snow, snow, go away. Come again another day.
At least the bullpen will get a much-needed rest.
