New York Yankees win their first of the spring season 4-1 over the Blue Jays

It was 80 degrees at TD Ballpark in Dunedin, Florida, where the New York Yankees met the Blue Jays at their home park on Wednesday. The game was played under partly sunny skies. The Blue Jays sent out RHP Nate Pearson to face a Yankee lineup that included the spring training debut of Mike Tauchman in left field. Pearson started the first inning striking out Tyler Wade, Miguel Andujar, and Mike Tauchman in an impressive inning.

After an exciting Blue Jays first inning RHP Nick Tropeano took the mound for the Yankees. Interestingly Andujar was playing shortstop to begin the game.
