It came out in early March that Aaron Judge suffered a stress fracture in his first right rib that likely was from a play during last postseason in which he dived for a ball. In the past month, Judge has shown significant signs of improvement with the first one being he doesn’t have to get surgery. He’s been receiving regular CT scans that have shown signs of improvement.
He was cleared by the New York Yankees training staff to continue workouts and is among a group of players that are eligible to continue working out at the team’s Tampa facility under Florida’s stay-at-home guidelines.
