New York Yankees vs. Atlanta Braves: Luis Severino vs. Kyle Wright

The last time we saw Luis Severino on the mound, he took a shellacking in Game Three of the ALDS. He lasted three innings, surrendering six runs on seven hits. You may remember that as the game that saw Austin Romine pitch in mop-up duty. Yuck.

In the months since, Severino adjusted his training regimen, overhauled his diet, and signed a $40 million extension with the Yankees. In other words, he has a clean slate. The memories of the downward spiraling second half and postseason are just that - memories.
