With the New York Yankees calling up Slade Heathcott and Jacob Lindgren, fans may be getting a taste of the new crop of Yankees that will play for the club in the coming years. Thus, it should come as no surprise that righty Luis Severino, regarded as one of their top prospects, was promoted from Double-A Trenton to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. At Double-A, Severino has posted a 3.32 ERA and a 1.105 WHIP with a strong 11.37 K/9 a solid 2.37 BB/9 in 38 innings (8 starts).
