In the final game of this three game series the Yankees were able to beat the Twins 7-2, and take another series. The Yankees continue to have a great July, and just keep winning series after series. Nathan Eovaldi was on the mound for the Yankees and was able to get his 10th win of the year.
In the third inning was the first and only real trouble for Eovaldi that he had the entire game. It was second and third with one out with the Twins meat of the order comes up. Torii Hunter was able to have a productive out to bring in the first run of the game.
